Gamification and experiential learning, are essential for stimulating creative thinking and problem-solving—critical skills for addressing the challenges that NGOs face in their communities.
On February 28 of 2025, BeGlobal brought together educators and representatives from non-governmental organizations such as Corpas Lisboa and Geek Girls Latam at the Social Innovation Science Park of the Corporación Universitaria Minuto de Dios for a training session aimed at enhancing their impact on communities. Through innovative methodologies, participants explored key tools to strengthen their work in fostering global citizenship.
During the event, participants engaged in activities such as drama-based learning, designed to cultivate empathy and enrich pedagogical strategies within each organization. A Lego-based construction activity also took place, allowing attendees to visualize and materialize ideas to improve community projects. Theater, play, and challenge-based learning merged to create dynamic spaces for creativity and collaboration.
These methodologies, which include gamification and experiential learning, are essential for stimulating creative thinking and problem-solving—critical skills for addressing the challenges that NGOs face in their communities. This session marks the beginning of a series of collaborations with various organizations in Colombia and beyond, including the Fundación Superación de la Pobreza in Chile, reinforcing BeGlobal’s commitment to strengthening initiatives focused on social and educational impact and global citizenship.
